According to your cruises and their length, we have spare parts to be planned with technical solutions for ocean navigation: For example, the mineralizing cartridge filter allows to refill the produced water with minerals. Its easy installation, its very long life and its very few needed maintenance make from this product an essential part for a long program on the open sea.

When replacing the pre filter cartridge, check that the O'ring seal for the basin is secure.

Cartridge pre-filter:
The pre-filter should be positioned as low as possible below the waterline and it should remain accessible. The mounting bracket is reversible, which facilitates the height positioning.

5 cm space should be left below the pre-filter to remove the container. A key is supplied to dismantle the filter.

The cartridge has to be replaced either every two or three months, or according to the sea water purity.

When replacing the cartridge, check that the O'ring seal is secure and that the bleeder screw is tightened.

The Cartridge filter has to be replaced either every two or three months, or according to the seawater purity.

When replacing the cartridge, check that the O'ring seal is secure and that the bleeder screw is tightened.

Complete mineralizing filter

We recommend this filter for people living continuously on board.
It should be mounted between the water production outlet of the control panel and the tank.
The minerals when reducing are producing a mud. Please think of regularly cleaning the cartridge.
Every three months please think of cleaning the minerals in a strainer and put them back into the filter.
The mineralizer will progressively disappear. It should be replaced every year.
